Low-protein fusilli are delicious spiral noodles for nutrition as part of a protein-reduced diet for PKU, MSUD or similar diseases of the protein metabolism. The low-protein fusilli can be prepared like conventional pasta and are ideal for pasta dishes with sauce or casseroles.
Ingredients: corn starch, gluten-free wheat starch, water, salt, thickeners: hygroxypropyl methyl cellulose; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; acidity regulator: glucono-delta-lactone; dye: carotenes.
