Baking Instructions for Delicious Brownies#
Servings 12| Prep Time 10 min | Cook Time 25-40 minÂ
INGREDIENTS
- 1 bag mix
- Wet Ingredients (below)
INSTRUCTIONS
PREHEATÂ oven to 350F.
GREASEÂ only the bottom of a baking pan. Use a 9×13 for fudgy brownies. Use a 9×9, or 8×8 inch cake pan for cakey brownies.
ADDÂ brownie mix and wet ingredients to a medium mixing bowl.Â
Wet ingredients (regular brownies): use ¼ cup water, ½ cup oil & 3 eggs(or subsitute).Â
Wet ingredients (vegan brownies):Â use 1 (15oz) can of white beans, drained, pureed with 3/4 cup of water until smooth.
BEAT TOGETHERÂ all ingredients until well blended, about 50 strokes. Do not overbeat or brownies may collapse.
SPREADÂ batter evenly into prepared pan.
BAKE brownies until a toothpick inserted 1″ from edge of pan comes out clean. The center of brownies will be jiggly in the middle. Brownies will continue to set as they cool. 9×13 pan (27-30 minutes), 9×9 (34-37 minutes), 8×8 (42-45 minutes).
COOLÂ completely in pan before cutting & serving.
