Baking Instructions for Light and Fluffy Pancakes#
Servings 8| Prep Time 10 min | Cook Time 7 minÂ
 INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Mix
- 1 1/2 – 2 cups Water
- 2 Eggs (optional)
- 2 tbsp Melted Regular or DF Butter (Vegan)
- Up to 1 tsp spices of choice and/or up to ¼ c of mix-ins (like blueberries)
INSTRUCTIONS
PREHEATÂ a well-greased griddle to 375F
PLACEÂ wet ingredients into a large mixing bowl & beat until smooth
PLACEÂ dry mix on top of wet mix & stir until just combined. Batter should have pea-sized lumps of mix. If you’d like to add spices or mix-ins, add them now.
POURÂ batter by 1/4 cup increments onto prepared griddle & allow to cook until edges are dry and small bubbles have popped on surface of pancakes. Flip & cook until the second side is golden. Cooking time & total yield will vary depending on the size and thickness of pancakes.
REPEATÂ process until all batter is used.
